In the mid-flowering period, large bracts that formed early in the reproductive stage begin to lose their function. The sugars and energy stored in these structures represent a significant resource that the plant isn't automatically redirecting toward fruit and flower development. Bud XL is designed to intercept this process, using enzymatic activity to extract those sugars from the bracts and actively transport them into developing flowers and fruits.

The result is larger, denser flowers with improved colour and quality, as the plant's available energy is channelled more directly into productive tissue rather than being held in spent structural material. Some growers will observe natural leaf and stem fading, purpling, or yellowing during Bud XL use as sugars are drawn away from vegetative tissue toward the flowers; this is a normal and expected response to the product's action, not a sign of deficiency.

Introduce Bud XL after the first flowers have formed and the large bracts have begun to lose function, typically from week four of flowering. Add after base nutrient and adjust pH and EC as required. Contains no PGRs, synthetic hormones, or harmful chemicals.
